The purpose of this contract is to obtain facilities maintenance services for the facilities owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the USAGM Botswana Transmitting Station, in Selebi—Phikwe, Botswana. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services as required in the attached Statement of Work. The contract will be for a one-year base period, with 4 option years. Anticipated Period of Performance: Base Period: December 01, 2024 - November 30, 2025 Option Period One: December 01, 2025 - November 30, 2026 Option Period Two: December 01, 2026 - November 30, 2027 Option Period Three: December 01, 2027 - November 30, 2028 Option Period Four: December 01, 2028 - November 30, 2029
