The purpose of this contract is to obtain janitorial services for the facilities owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the USAGM Botswana Transmitting Station, in Selebi—Phikwe, Botswana. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, storage areas and stairways. The contract will be for a one-year base period, with 4 option years. Anticipated Period of Performance: Base- November 01, 2024 - October 31, 2025 Option Year 1 November 01, 2025 - October 31, 2026 Option Year 2 November 01, 2026 - October 31, 2027 Option Year 3 November 01, 2027 - October 31, 2028 Option Year 4 November 01, 2028 - October 31, 2029
