This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Agency for Global Media has a requirement specifically for Power Systems and Control Voltage Regulator. A brand name justification has been approved pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b). Solicitation no. 951700-24-Q-0030 has been issued as a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items supply contract for brand Power Systems and Controls , Series GSR, 15kVA Voltage Regulator with Internal Bypass located at Washington, DC. The required delivery date is 120 days after receipt of order. The delivery location and place of acceptance is: USAGM Warehouse, c/o JCM Logistics, 14913 Bogle Dr. Chantilly, VA, F.O.B. Destination. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 dated 04/22/2024. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and these clauses: This requirement is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 335999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. ATTACHMENT: ATTACHMENT 1 – COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION ATTACHMENT 2 – BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION QUOTATION INSTRUCTIONS: The Government will consider competitive rates. Quoter shall submit quote and complete Section 1 – Pricing Table of Attachment 2 (Refer to Section 5 – Instructions to Quoters for details). Price quotation shall include all necessary supervision, management, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, any other direct incidentals costs, overhead profit unless the cost is expressly identified as a separately price line item. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Offers are due by 12 PM, ET, 07/25/24.
