This is a synopsis/solicitation for commercial item with commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Global FM Network Support Services: Remote Monitoring Services in Africa. The contractor shall provide personnel to support the USAGM global FM network primarily in Africa with backup support to other regions of the world as needed. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No.: 951700-22-RFQ-00005. The NAICS code is 515111 – Radio Network, and the business size standard is $35M. The provisions and clauses included are/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to this solicitation to be most advantageous to the Governments, price, and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussion with quoters. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary.
