U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Facility Maintenance Equipment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No.: 951700-22-R-0021. The NAICS code is 811310 – Commerical and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electrionic) Repair and Maintenance, and the business size standard is $8M. The provisions and clauses included are/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to this solicitation to be most advantageous to the Governments, price, and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussion with quoters. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. EVALUATION CRITERIA(s): Must be a certified equipment dealer/service provider. Shall be able to provide maintenance and repair services for all listed equipment under the Statement of Work Must be located in the D.C. Metropolitan area.
