This solicitation is for a firm fixed-price (FFP) contract to provide janitorial services in Udon Thani Province, Thailand, which is 70 KM from Udon Thani City Center. The Contractor will provide janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, and storage areas. The Contractor shall also provide escorted cleaning services in sensitive transmitter areas including, but not limited to dusting/vacuuming of transmitter cubicles, cleaning of air filters/grills, flushing of drains and water ways, and other general housekeeping tasks associated with six (6) high-powered broadcast transmitters as set forth in Section C.
