The Contractor is responsible for all existing roofing demolition, reroofing material, insulation material, labor and supervision, construction equipment and tools, vehicles, utilities, personal protection equipment (PPE), safety and fall protection, travel, air and ground transportation, lodging, meals, and insurance.
