This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item for the rigging and refurbishing of the GB 8 Sunbelt Voltage Rectifier Transformer commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.06 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. See attached written solicitation No. 951700-22-R-0003 has been attached in the attachment section. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07, dated 09/20/2021. The associated NAICS Code is 335999 and the Small Business Size Standard is five hundred (500) employees. The USAGM requires the refurbishment services of the GB 8 custom-built Sunbelt transformer. The successful vendor shall supply this service from rigging and transportation to the refurbishing service at the contractor or subcontractor’s location. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order.
