Murrow Transmitting Station. Acquisition Authority: This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR Subpart 13.5-Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05; dated 03/10/2021. The successful offeror shall furnish all personnel, equipment and supplies necessary to perform antenna field mowing, fire lane preparation and maintenance, and herbicide vegetation control services as described in the attached RFP at the two sites comprising the United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Edward R. Murrow Transmitting Station, Greenville, NC. Refer to Attachments for physical location of the facilities and full description of the requirement.
