RFI - The purpose and objective of this potential procurement is to obtain accurate and comprehensive training, certification testing, data management, and technical assistance to the Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) program. The National Training and Data Center contractor will also provide training and certification support to the Benefit Support Specialists in the Ticket to Work Help Line (Help Line) call center. This contract will ensure WIPA and Help Line service providers are properly prepared, and supported, to provide accurate information to beneficiaries who are interested in work or working.
