The Social Security Administration (SSA) issued modification P00016 to contract number 28321317C00060003 with Advancia Ahtna JV, LLC for Support Services for the National Records Center (NRC) on a sole source basis. The purpose of the modification was to extend the period of performance for one month, from March 29, 2023 through April 28, 2023. The amount of the one-month extension was $757,301.99. During this time, SSA was evaluating proposals in response to a request for proposal under the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program for a new contract and required this extension under the authority of FAR 52.212-4(c) of the contract to ensure there was no disruption of services provided to the NRC.
