The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Precisely, for the subscription renewal of 28321320P00050131 for Precisely MIMIX Pro Edition software and maintenance using the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), “Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available”. This requirement will utilize the procedures of FAR Part 12 in conjunction with those of FAR Part 13. . A determination by SSA not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of SSA. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
