This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as implemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation as Request for Proposal (RFP) #28321321R00000029 and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFP are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04, and are available in full text through internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/. The Social Security Administration intends to award a single-award contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to a single vendor providing the best value to the Government. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Primary Product/Service code for this requirement is DA01, previously D399 – IT and Telecom – Other IT and Telecommunications. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519 and accompanying size standard of $30.0 million.
