It ... Re-Compete of the Ticket Program Manager contract (SS00-15-60057). This will be an FY21 award. The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a need to acquire Ticket Program Manager (TPM) services. It is SSA’s intent to procure this requirement utilizing the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611. The size standard is $16.5M. SSA anticipates awarding one (1) cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for this effort. The period of performance shall be one base year, with four 1-year option periods, plus a three-month transition out period. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued in late April 2020. The selection decision will be based on the overall best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered, in which the Government may employ a trade-off methodology. The RFP will be issued under solicitation 28321321R00000001. The solicitation and any related documents will be made available to interested parties through electronic media for downloading via the internet at FEDBIZOPPS. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Potential offerors shall be responsible for monitoring the Internet site for release of the solicitation and any amendments.
