The contractor shall furnish the appropriate personnel to perform all services described in the Statement of Work. Social Security Administration launched its new national Workplace and Domestic Violence Prevention Program (WDVPP), which incorporates the use of twelve specially trained Crisis Advisory Teams (CATs). CATs are multi-disciplinary teams trained to intake and manage violence risk cases internal to an organization of approximately 65,000 personnel. CATs are comprised of approximately 180 individuals (each CAT, 10-20 personnel) from the following disciplines: security, legal, employee relations, and behavioral/mental health. In anticipation of receiving specialized cases needing external consultation, SSA seeks a tailored consultation from an external behavioral threat assessment professional.
