Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools supplies, and materials to perform all tasks within this Statement of Work for work at the Social Security Administration’s Frank Hagel Federal Building (FHFB) located at 1221 Nevin Avenue, Richmond, CA 94801. The three (3) Cooling Towers at the FHFB are in need of renovation and upkeep. As part of this project, SSA requires cooling tower repairs, installation of a single cooling tower sump pump water filtration system for all three cooling towers, and coating of the machinery spaces related to the cooling towers. The period of performance is one year from the date of contract award.
