The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to issue a solicitation for secure document destruction services on-site at SSA offices throughout Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana. The period of performance would be April 1, 2020-March 31, 2021 with 4 renewable, one-year options. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, secured vehicles, materials, supervision, and other related services necessary to provide on-site secure document destruction services for sensitive documents for SSA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562998, All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services, and the size standard is $8 million. This requirement is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
