The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify potential vendors capable of providing high speed scanners and software solutions for the Social Security Administration (SSA). This RFI shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This announcement is not a request for proposals, and the Government is not committed to issue a solicitation or award a contract pursuant to this announcement. This notice is strictly for market research to assist the Government for planning purposes. The Government will not pay any costs incurred in the preparation of information for responding to this market survey or the Government's use of the information. Please see the attached document for more details. Interested sources that believe they have the ability to provide the solutions listed herein should submit a detailed statement of their capabilities electronically via email to Samantha.Derr@ssa.gov. Vendors responding should indicate specifically whether the solution is available for purchase from the manufacturer's, or authorized resellers', GSA Schedule, SEWP Contract, other Government-Wide Contract, or from any other sources. Please reference 28321319RI0000062 in the email subject line. Telephone, mail, or fax responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received by 12:00 PM EST on April 19, 2019.
