The purpose of this announcement, as a follow-on to a previous announcement from February 2018 via control number 28321318RI0000024, is to 1) determine the viability of an integrated VTC/UC platform in support of the SSA's mission, 2) collect current and updated market research, 3) notify industry of SSA's revised requirement, VESI, formerly Video Teleconferencing and Support Services II (VTSS II), which has since expanded in both size and scope, and 4) to ascertain whether 8(a) and/or non-8(a) concerns are capable of meeting this new, larger requirement.
