Upgr... Description: The Social Security Administration is seeking a contractor to perform the following tasks. The solicitation for this will be posted on FedBizzOpps.gov on or around September 4, 2019. Upgrade the existing S2 Access Control System (ACS) software/hardware and relocate the S2 System Head-end servers from Auburn Complex, 1901 C Street SW, Auburn WA to the Seattle Regional Office, 701 5th Ave, Suite 3000, Seattle WA 98104 with the necessary technician/labor to accomplish the upgrade and move. The contractor shall relocate the S2 ACS head-end servers with the software upgrade to avoid additional expense of moving them during the relocation of the Auburn TSC, NW Regional Training Center and IVT Studio. 1. Provide all necessary setup and programming required for a complete operating system. 2. Upgrade to the Chrome browser supporting Windows 10 3. Provide and install two FWD:S2-FWD-EX100 4. Provide and install one S2-EveRun Software Upgrade 5. Provide all necessary miscellaneous materials, connectors and freight. 6. Provide all necessary commissioning. 7. One-year warranty on all supplied materials and workmanship. 8. Participate in the S2 forward program. Under this program, S2 Security will provide new servers at reduced cost, pre-configured with current operating system and application software, to be swapped out for the existing servers, which will be returned to S2 Security. 9. Provide a minimum hardware warranty of 2 years. The procurement will be conducted as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $20,500,000.00. Please note the contractor will be responsible in the event of any damage to Government Property.
