Description: Renewal of WeComply Online Compliance Training and Library Subscription This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, but merely notification of the Social Security Administration's (SSA) intent to issue, on a sole-source basis, a firm fixed-price order to West Publishing Corporation for continued access to their WeComply, an online compliance training and library subscription containing a full ethics and compliance library. Under FAR Part 6.302.1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The WeComply is only available from its producer and manufacturer and not through dealers or distributors. The WeComply portal is the only product with complete video capability and blended interactive learning methodologies such as mobile-based applications and "engine" in Flash technology, which takes XML, based content and displays it in a customizable format. It is also capable of adding audio narration, synchronizing narration to bullet points of the content, as well as, allowing users to toggle narration and bullets on or off, according to their learning preferences. Lastly, WeComply online training subscription has a dedicated team of lawyers for the governance of specific Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) topics such as regulatory law, arbitration/mediation and risk management. The necessary support service shall be required for one year. Interested parties that believe they can provide the required services must respond to this notice no later than 12:00 noon ET Wednesday, July 24, 2019. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
