The Smithsonian is in search of contractors qualified to provide real estate consulting services on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity basis. The RFP is amended on November 20, 2020 to incorporate the attached questions & ansers and to extend the bid date to December 11, 2020 at 3:00 pm EST. As of December 9, 2020, Section E is amended to eliminate the requirement for hand delivered or couriered copies.
