The Contractor receiving the award shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform construction services to complete the work as described herein and, in the Specifications, and Drawings for SF Project No. 1580001. All work shall be done in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and decrees of the Republic of Panama. The applicable North American Industry Classification Codes (“NAICS”) is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard is $45 million. The purpose of the conference is to provide an opportunity for SI to explain to all bidders the scope of the project. The Site tour is schedule for Tuesday August 13, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. The purpose of the site tour is to provide an opportunity for all bidders to review the project site. This project requires special arrangements for access to a non-public area. Access to the site may be restricted at times other than during the scheduled visit. Any comments, information or discussion during the site visit shall not modify the contract documents.
