The Smithsonian National Zoo seeks a contractor to manage and operate all food and beverage services at its Rock Creek campus in Washington, D.C. Services include restaurants, cafés, mobile carts, vending, and catering. An award is not anticipated until summer or fall of 2026. A mandatory site visit and walk-through of facilities is scheduled for September 3, 2025. This is not a federal contract solicitation and is not governed by federal procurement procedures.
