This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Smithsonian to find a strategic partner to reimagine its Learning Lab educational platform. The goal is to transform the platform into an easy-to-use, indispensable tool for PreK-12 teachers, helping the Smithsonian reach its objective of connecting with nearly 4 million teachers and 49 million students nationwide. The project aims to overcome current challenges with content discoverability and usability, making millions of digital resources more accessible for classroom instruction. The primary audience is PreK-12 teachers, with students as a secondary audience. The Office of Educational Technology is conducting this significant examination and redesign to increase the usage of Smithsonian digital learning assets.
