The SBA’s Office of General Counsel seeks to procure a cloud-based eDiscovery solution to enhance the organization’s eDiscovery capabilities. This solution aims to streamline legal and investigative processes, improve data management, ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards, and provide a scalable and secure platform for handling eDiscovery needs. The contractor will host, support, and maintain the eDiscovery solution throughout the contract period. This includes ensuring the platform’s optimal performance, delivering ongoing technical support, and providing user training on the various features of the service. The eDiscovery solution should include the following: Cloud-Based Platform Security and Compliance Comprehensive Tools Administrative users Relativity One (Brand Name or Equal) R1Rev_1TB of RelativityOne Active Data, includes 6,144 GB of staging, includes Legal Hold Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for additional detail on this Software as a Service (Saas) procurement. This requirement will be advertised as Brand Name or Equal in accordance with FAR Clause 52.211-6. The draft salient characteristics are included with this RFI. The preferred brand is RelativityOne.
