Background The mission of the Small Business Administration (SBA) is to renew PRISM Software licenses for the Contract Management System (CMS) managed by Financial Systems Division to provide the agency access to create and manage Procurement and Grants records. This acquisition is for management of Procurement and Grants awards using Contract Management System (CMS). Objectives The objective for this statement of work for renewing PRISM software and module licenses needed for Contract Management Systems (CMS) to create opportunities and manage Procurement and Grants awards. Scope The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described in this work statement. The contractor, an authorized reseller, shall renew PRISM software and module licenses, for Contract Management System (CMS), with maintenance and technical support, creating small business opportunities and managing Procurement and Grants awards for 1 year and 4 options. Specific Tasks Task 1 – Renew PRISM Software Licenses and PRISM SSO-SAML Module licenses with maintenance and technical support. Task 2 – Provide confirmation on renewal and provide period of performance for PRISM software and module licenses with maintenance and technical support.
