Central Servicing Agent (CSA) for 504 Loan Program Pursuant to this Statement of Work (SOW), Contractor will perform the functions of the CSA which include: • 504 Financial Servicing; • 504 Process Modernization; • 504 Information Technology Developments and Operations Support; and • 504 Customer Service/Communication Management. • Loan Accounting System (LAS) Operational Support The Contractor is not compensated under this contract with appropriated funds. The contract type is recognized as a no-cost contract to the Government. The Contractor fees are firm, fixed, and fully loaded and represent the Contractor’s sole compensation pursuant to this Contract.
