This contract provides complete support for the Agency’s IT infrastructure via an as-a- service model, which will include integrated IT services for evolving needs and new and emerging technologies that will develop over the life of the contract. These integrated IT services consist of and are not limited to hardware, ancillary equipment, software and procedures and related resources that may be tailored to meet SBA’s mission. The SBA enterprise consists of offices deployed in all 50 states, U.S. territories and the District of Columbia with more than 100 physical locations in addition to distance workers and partner sites. This contract operates within the (OCIO), Washington, D.C., and enables the Agency to accomplish the goals, objectives and mandates set by the President and Congress. The contractor is providing a service solution, functions and tool-sets that provide the SBA with real-time situational awareness into the operation, performance, and health of the IT environment and the business critical services it delivers to the SBA Administration’s business units. The contractor provides a set of integrated and turn-key managed services that provide business and IT functions in the following service areas: • IT Infrastructure Support Services Project Management • LAN/WAN and Server Environment Monitoring and Management • IT Communications Monitoring and Management • IT Service Center Support • Transitional services from the 1901 Group to the new awardee.
