This task order is required due to the complexity of the L/LMS system and services. The transitional period will allow the incumbent to continue providing L/LMS services while the new L/LMS contractor re-hosts the L/LMS system and develops a new Predictive Scoring System. Under this task order, the incumbent will continue generating predictive loan scores, generating PARRiS & SMART scores, hosting the Lender Information Portal, updating the Credit Risk Management Data Warehouse, and supporting SBA reporting while the new L/LMS contractor brings the new L/LMS system and Loan Purchase Rate online. During the L/LMS transition, SBA wishes the contractor to provide: • Continued availability and support of the Predictive Scoring System • Continued availability and support of the Lender Risk Framework • Continued availability and support of the Lender Information Portal • Continued availability and support of the Credit Risk Management Data Warehouse • Continued availability and support for regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting Additionally, the contractor shall provide transition support to ensure an orderly and efficient transition of the L/LMS services to the new contractor, an orderly transfer of L/LMS applications and data to the SBA and/or the new L/LMS vendor, and an orderly decommissioning of the L/LMS system.
