The government has a requirement to continue providing maintenance Support for Pitney Bowes (PB) mailing equipment and Postage Meters for all ODA Centers such as (Herndon, VA, Citrus Heights, CA, (CSC) Atlanta, GA (FOCE), & Buffalo, NY (FOCW). The government anticipates awarding a sole source agreement, and the anticipated contract type is firm fixed price (FFP). Postage Meters are postage printing machines or systems leased by authorized providers for use in your home or office. Meters print postage directly onto the mail pieces or on to meter tape, which is affixed to the mail being sent. The DM400™ enables customers to fully automate their mail processing, including feeding, sealing, applying postage and stacking; take advantage of electronic confirmation and tracking services; track every penny with integrated accounting software; and select a postage payment option that best meets their needs. The DM300C postage meter puts fast and accurate mail processing capability into a space-saving footprint. The semi-automatic feed and integrated weighing platform, let you process mail of various sizes, from postcards to parcels - at speeds of up to 65 pieces per minute. This system gives your mail a professional look with crisp, clean inkjet printing technology. The DM300C meter also gives you the ability to track and report postage expenses for 25 accounts, expandable to 300 accounts This requirement is estimated to cost $13,000.00 which includes one (1) Option Period and is required to be performed from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024.
