The SBA proposes to issue a sole source task order on a firm fixed-price basis with GovSmart, Inc. to procure systems support of the current SVOG platform to perform bug fixes, batch processing, and/or development code remediation of the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) Salesforce SaaS platform. In addition to systems support of the current SVOG platform, the scope will perform transition and hand-off to the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Support team that will be on-boarded during this period of performance.
