Amenment 0001 is issued to attach all of the Questions and Answers regarding this solicitation. Amendment 0002 is issued to attach additional Questions and Answers regarding this solicitation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective 12 July 2021. This is a total small business set aside.
