This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Small Business Administration intends to award a single source fixed-price purchase order to Franklin Covey for the purchase of All Access Pass (Number of Passholders: 500), AAP Expansion 200 Block Promotion (Number of Passholders: 200) and Live-Online Consultant Daily Rate (QTY: 13). Any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the SBA requirements described herein may contact the procuring agency in writing (electronically) with supporting evidence and with corresponding pricing information (if applicable) that demonstrates in detail the ability to perform the requirements. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Description of Services: The Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Human Resources Solutions (OHRS) has a requirement for an All-Access pass training solution. The training solution shall provide course content that can be delivered on virtual, instructor-led and self-paced platforms to approximately 500 SBA frontline leaders and managers. The required training solution shall provide the flexibility to print materials on-demand, certify internal facilitators, conduct webinars, and utilize video-based resources.
