The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) requires four (4) temperature screening stations for the main entry point of the SBA Headquarters. The temperature screening stations must have the ability to screen all entrants for an elevated temperature and issue a clearance document for entry to the building. See attachments for additional details. The purpose of Amendment 1 to the combined synopsis/solicitation is to: 1.) change the NAICS code to 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing which has a small business size standard of 1,000 employees 2) change the square footage of the area in which the stand alone temperature monitoring station must fit within to six square feet instead of two square feet 3) extend the response deadline to 6:00pm ET on 20 April 2021.
