This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 73351021Q0012 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far) This is 100% set aside for small business under NAICS code 541690. The Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Entrepreneurial Development (OED) is seeking the services of contractors to create new Regional Clusters. These clusters will involve public-private partnerships that align federal resources – including SBA’s entrepreneurial development network, lending and investing partners, business development programs and Small Business Innovation Research program – with existing state and local resources, regional strengths, and economic growth opportunities in communities both within the region and beyond. Period of Performance: The period of performance consists of a 12-month Base Period with four 12-month Option Periods. Exercise of any options will be at the sole discretion of the SBA. The total term of the contract, including all extensions, shall not exceed 60 months. Place of Performance: Services shall be performed at the Contractor’s facilities or at separate locations at the discretion of the Contractor based on the regional location of the work to be performed. The medium estimated range for this requirement is between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00 per year. Quotes submitted above the estimated range may not be considered for award.
