DCMS is a mission critical system that supports of the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Disaster Assistance (ODA), and the SBA’s mission in providing assistance to disaster victims timely and efficiently. ESign Maintenance Renewal Transactions and Fed Ramp Reporting are essential to the functionality of ODA’s Disaster Credit Management System, also known as DCMS 2.0, which is a core component of disaster loans and serves as the system of record for disaster loan origination. The Disaster Loan Application Portal requires applicants to electronically sign the IRS 4506T forms. The Federal government has approved the use electronic signatures on critical documents.
