The Disaster Credit Management System (DCMS 2.0) is a cloud-based system that remains to be a core component in serving as the system of record for disaster loan origination. DCMS 2.0 is an integrated suite of applications developed on Salesforce and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, is web-based, and supports all of SBA’s disaster loan functions, from application pre-processing tests, data gathering, processing, final review, underwriting to transferring aged, fully disbursed accounts to the Data Communication System for servicing. The document generation process for DCMS 2.0 utilizes and requires the compatibility that Drawloop offers for generating loan application documents. As disaster loan applicants enter applications into the DCMS 2.0 system, documents automatically begin to be generated with the Drawloop DDPs and licenses.
