The Technology and Loan File Compliance Processing Solution (the “Solution”) is an end-to-end process that includes execution of both automated and manual reviews. The Agency will not receive the full value of the service until the Solution is fully used to execute required automated and manual reviews. The full value of the service being performed includes the review of a sufficient number of PPP loans and lenders to ensure OCRM is properly assessing and monitoring risk at the loan, lender, and portfolio level. Without continued lender and loan file reviews, using the Solution, OCRM cannot effectively monitor the program and assess its overall risk. Given the critical need to provide continual oversight and monitoring of PPP lenders and evaluate the quality and risk of the PPP portfolio, the following work is required: Support ongoing enhancement, operation, and maintenance of the full and complete functionality to conduct automated and manual reviews of loan files as one component of the risk-based review process for PPP lenders. Perform additional development work on the PPP Loan Case Management functionality within the PPP Loan Review Tool (“LRT”) module of the Solution to ensure a complete, end-to-end solution with the ability to provide final review results. Continue to enhance and support the PPP Compliance Web Portal for lenders to upload and store loan documentation as part of the loan file review process. Update the automated loan review process to meet the review requirements defined by OCRM. Provide ongoing technical support for the Solution throughout the period of performance until completion. Extend Workload Flexibility and Staffing. Operation and Execution of the Solution. Program Management Services Managed Services based hosting of the Compliance platform: The Contractor will establish, setup and manage secure Azure environments under the Microsoft GovCloud for migrating and deploying the compliance solution components.
