The purpose of this notice is to perform market research to determine if there are 8a Certified small businesses that are capable of providing Genesys Cloud CX and support. The U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of Disaster Assistance, has a requirement for Licensing, Professional Services and Support on all existing Genesys Cloud CX and support will allow the SBA OCA to maintain the highest level of continuous operation of the Genesys Cloud CX SaaS system. The requirements will include all software, programming, engineering, and support remotely to ensure all telecommunication activities meet the agencies needs and are in accordance with the agency’s specifications.
