The following are requirements and instructions for the completion and submission of quotes in response to Request for Quotation RFQ-2020-050 REQUIREMENTS: 1. Offerors must be an authorized Quest Certified Professional Partner of the services listed on the Price Summary Sheet and Stat of PeopleSoft Professional Services Performance Work Statement. The SAA reserves the right to verify with OEM and/or its distributor. 2. The Offeror shall provide a price quotation for the products/services listed on the Price Summary Sheet. Offer shall contain Firm-Fixed prices with F.O.B. destination for shipping costs, if applicable. 3. Pricing Summary Sheet shall be returned in Excel format. PDF or other images of the pricing tables will not be accepted. 4. Bidder’s quotes must include all applicable End User License Agreements and/or any referenced Contract Terms and Conditions, as quoted. NOTE: Documents indicated by hypelinks within the provided End User License Agreements and/or referenced Contract Terms and Conditions, shall also be submitted in a .pdf format along with Offerors quote submission. 5. This is a Competitive Source Selection in accordance with Senate Procurement Regulations among all Open Market and/or GWAC, offers received. 6. The Senate will be making one award, if any, on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis under PO Terms and Conditions (Addendum A) and Senate Specific Terms and Conditions (Addendum B). 7. Quotes must be valid until October 30, 2020.
