The purpose of this SSN is to gather information about available eDiscovery software solutions. The eDiscovery solution should support the investigative team in developing and executing a plan with identifying and validating potentially relevant ESI sources; and movement of data from high volume to specific relevance. The System shall handle all stages in this process: information governance, identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, production, and presentation. Responses to this SSN will assist the SAA in reviewing the current eDiscovery software solutions offered in the marketplace that meet the SAA’s requirements and guidelines. The SAA seeks to identify capable sources of a eDiscovery system that facilitates the electronic discovery process. ***NOTICE AMENDED OCTOBER 18, 2023*** SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR E-DISCOVERY SOLUTION HAS BEEN REACTIVATED.
