The purpose of this SSN is to gather information about available software applications that will allow users to create a manifest or list of individuals during emergencies or special events. This application should have user interface (UI) flexibility (e.g., computer and mobile device access) and allow for users to track individuals, in real-time, to allow account for their movement and whereabouts. The SAA seeks to identify capable sources of a personnel tracking manifesting application that can potentially replace its existing application, known as the Personnel Accountability System (PAS).
