The U.S. Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking information from the vendor community for a Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) application, which includes recruiting, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and reporting and analytics. As a non-Executive Branch agency, the Senate SAA will consider solutions designed for either the public or private sector that can meet the requirements. Response to this Source Sought Notice (SSN) will assist the SAA in the review of current solutions in the marketplace for the TAM component of a Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. The SAA requests responses that detail solutions which: 1) meet or exceed the requirements set forth herein and 2) provide a full description of services offered, methods of implementation, and scope of the solution.
