SSS Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) Modernization
The government clarifies that the contractor must provide and manage a FedRAMP Moderate-authorized cloud hosting environment and include all associated costs in the proposed price. The government may later assume hosting responsibility, but offerors must still price based on the current contractor-provided hosting requirement. Amendment 0002 revises the pricing sheet and adds FAR clause 52.204-24, which vendors must complete and submit with their final quotes. Amendment 0001 addresses vendor questions with government responses. The requirement is to modernize the Selective Service System's Learning Management System using Moodle.
