Original Notice: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking sources for a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solution that provides subscription to Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) data. Attachment 1 provides the SEC's Draft Requirements List. Note: the SEC is only seeking sources that currently have a COTS platform that meets all requirements of Attachment 1. The SEC is NOT seeking sources for development of a new solution or customization of a platform to acquire/add the required data. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses must include: 1) A brief capabilities statement (no more than ten pages) demonstrating your company's ability to meet the requirements listed in Attachment 1 - Draft Requirements List, including description of the COTS platform. 2) A Sample file of RMBS data for the month of April, 2019 generated by your company's COTS platform. The sample file may be submitted in excel format and shall include all the data fields that are offered for a sample of approximately 50-100 records. Additionally, responses must include the following information: A) Business name and address; B) Name of company representative and their business title; C) Type of Small Business; D) Cage Code and DUNS; E) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, FEDLINK, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle.
