The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking sources for a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solution that provides subscription to a database of all SEC comment and response letters publically released. The coverage shall include all companies that file with the SEC. Attachment 1 provides the SEC's Draft Requirements List. Note: the SEC is only seeking sources that currently have a COTS platform that meets all requirements of Attachment 1. The SEC is NOT seeking sources for development of a new solution or customization of a platform to acquire/add the required content. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses must include: 1) Business name and address; 2) Name of company representative and their business title; 3) Type of Small Business; 4) Cage Code and DUNS; 5) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, FEDLINK, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.) All questions regarding this notice must be submitted to Jeremy Garrett (garrettj@sec.gov) by no later than 3:00 PM ET on August 19, 2019. Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten pages) demonstrating ability to meet the requirements listed in Attachment 1 - Draft Requirements List. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government and contractor personal reviewing sources sought responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
