This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes to survey potential sources capable of processing legal writs, court orders, and asset freezes for U.S. banks. Responses, including a technical capability statement and rough pricing, are requested by April 20, 2026. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and responses will not form a binding contract or be paid for by the Government. The information gathered will be used on a non-attribution basis for acquisition planning. All responses and questions must be emailed to the specified SEC email addresses by the RFI deadline.
