This is a Sources Sought announcement issued solely for market research purposes under FAR Part 10. This is not a solicitation and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The SEC requires a subscription to a hosted service to conduct quality assurance scans of the SEC.gov website and prepare reports of issues it discovers. The software needs to locate and resolve correcting misspelled words, updating out of date content, fixing broken links, remediating accessibility issues, expiring duplicate content, optimizing content for search engine indexing, and resolving issues that cause pages to load slowly on SEC.gov include. It is possible to do these sorts of quality checks manually on one page or file at a time, but SEC would like to utilize an automated service that performs these scans on a routine basis and generates actionable, easy to interpret reports. Another major goal of this hosted service is to obtain inventories of pages and files that comprise the SEC.gov website, and relationships between them (e.g., which pages link to a given SEC.gov page). The SEC is seeking information from sources that currently have a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription that meets all requirements in Attachment 1 – Draft Requirements List. The SEC is not seeking a subscription product that requires development. The Government intends to use responses to determine whether this acquisition can be set aside for small business and to assist in acquisition strategy development. Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with the following company information: - Company name, address, point of contact, UEI, CAGE - Verification if your company is registered in www.SAM.gov and your company's unique entity identifier (UEI) number (Note: your company must have active registration in SAM to be considered for this Sources Sought Notice) - Business size and socio-economic status - GSA or GWAC contracts (if applicable) 2. A description of your company’s subscription product and its ability to meet the SEC’s requirements. 3. A price estimate with pricing for a Base Period of 12 months and two Option Periods of 12 months each. Submit questions to: Pleshette Brown via email at BrownPl@sec.gov by 12:00 PM ET May 19, 2025.
