All other terms of the Sources Sought reminan uchanged inlcuding the response deadline. The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC 20549, intends to procure a subscription to a hybrid event management application/service. Please refer to Solicitation Attachment 1 – SEC Requirements List for a complete description of the requirement. NOTE: The SEC will only accept responses from companies that currently have a commercial of the shelf (COTS) product that meets all requirements in Attachment 1 – Requirements List. The SEC is NOT seeking sources for development of a new solution or customization of a product to acquire/add the required capabilities. Clearly state in in your response that your solution is a COTS product. Additionally, all offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) by the submission deadline of this RFQ. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 513210 and small business size standard of $47M.
